Study On The Active Transformation Design Of Traditional Residential Buildings In Southern Anhui

As the product of regional culture,traditional dwellings in southern Anhui constantly adapt to human life and carry the survival wisdom of the Chinese nation.With the development of society and the improvement of living standards,the life style of rural villagers in southern Anhui has also changed,and the traditional residential living space can no longer meet the needs of people’s life.How to improve the quality of life of villagers on the premise of protecting the style of traditional residential is an urgent problem to be solved at present.After a lot of research,we found that among many abandoned and idle dwellings,a large part of them are still relatively well preserved and can be reused,but they are abandoned because the space cannot meet the needs of modern people.These dwellings are not within the protection scope of relevant departments,so there are no specific protection measures.Therefore,the research focus of this paper is to carry out suitable dynamic transformation of these idle residential buildings.The regeneration and utilization of traditional residential houses is a sustainable way of development,which can not only revitalize the old houses,but also allow the continuation of traditional culture.It can also bring new vitality to the countryside and realize the revitalization of the countryside.This paper selects the prototype of traditional dwellings in southern Anhui as the carrier and takes it as the basic starting point of the active transformation design of traditional dwellings.Firstly,through literature reading and data searching,combined with field surveying and mapping,the characteristics of residential buildings in southern Anhui were summarized,and the basic types of residential buildings in southern Anhui were summarized.Through the field investigation and investigation of the use status of residential buildings in southern Anhui,the existing conditions of residential buildings are understood,and the problems and demands in the reconstruction of residential buildings are analyzed.Through the analysis of the relevant excellent cases of the reconstruction of owner-occupied type and residential type,the strategies of these reconstruction cases are further summarized,and their commonalities and differences in the reconstruction are extracted.Then combined with the characteristics of the folk dwellings in southern Anhui,the general principles of the reconstruction of folk dwellings are put forward.From the aspects of function transformation,space transformation,structure transformation and characteristic atmosphere creation,this paper expounds the methods of residential renovation.On the basis of studying the reconstruction methods of residential buildings,the theory is applied to practice.Through the reconstruction of the "Hui" font,"concave" font and "H" font of residential dwellings in the south of Anhui Province,starting from the two reconstruction directions of self-occupancy type and residential residence type,and verification of the reconstruction theory of residential dwellings through the corresponding design drawings,it provides practical support for the analysis and summary of the transformation of traditional residential dwellings in the south of Anhui Province.Figure 27 table 34 reference 57...
