City is formed in the continuous development process of human society.It is an important part of human civilization.The diversification of urban style is the location of urban regional characteristics.The traditional blocks left behind in the city contain the unique historical memory and cultural connotation of a city,witnessing the rise and fall of a city.It is our precious spiritual wealth that they left behind the historical information,cultural function,space environment and excellent planning and design ideas.However,since the 1980 s,cities in China have undergone a large-scale transformation and renewal,The same modern city blossoms everywhere,and the phenomenon of urban convergence is serious.The traditional neighborhoods,which represent the city's unique charm,gradually disappear into the high-speed urbanized reinforced concrete forest,losing the sense of belonging and urban identity of the past,and people's happiness in life is reduced.The city memory and the feature of the block are getting away from us.Therefore,how to effectively continue the historical context and cultural features of the traditional blocks,reshape the spiritual value of the traditional blocks,and how to inherit the historical connotation in its transformation and renewal,and show the characteristics of the times,and reshape the unique temperament of the traditional neighborhoods,which is an urgent problem for us to discuss.Next,taking Taiyuan traditional district as a case study,on the basis of field investigation,this paper puts forward the current situation of Taiyuan traditional block,and analyzes the example of the transformation and renewal of Taiyuan food street.Due to the exploration and renovation of the traditional street in Nanhuamen of Taiyuan City,based on this exploration,this paper further explores and researches it,and puts forward some rectification suggestions for the renovation and renewal of the traditional street in Taiyuan.Then,select the traditional district of Dongsandao Lane in Taiyuan as the main research object,sum up a set of exploratory plan suitable for the transformation and renewal mode of this block,and remodel the glamorous style of the block in the past.This article through a large number of data collection,literature research and field research and analysis.Starting with the background and significance of the transformation and renewal of the traditional block,on the basis of combing out the general situation of the research on the traditional district at home and abroad,this paper defines the meaning and category of the traditional block,and expounds the value category of the traditional block,elements and spatial forms.Secondly,through the research and summary of the theory and practice of the traditional district renewal and renovation abroad,combined with the typical cases of the domestic and foreign traditional district renewal and renewal,the difficulties,objectives and feasibility of the traditional district renewal and renovation are analyzed systematically.The principle of idea and the strategy model of transformation and renewal.Finally,the purpose of this paper is to provide an appropriate theoretical reference for the renovation and renewal of the future traditional blocks in Taiyuan,and hope to give some enlightenment to the renewal and renovation of the traditional blocks in our country.
