First, this paper analyzed the oil mist collision-aggregation, divided it into three conditions and improved it. The judgment of oil mist particles collision state was obtained. Then the paper was carried out the data processing on the experimental data. The original pressure condition could be converted to velocity and We number. Finally, the paper analyzed the phenomena of the oil mist particles hitting walls and their collision-aggregation. Studied FLUENT simulation and determined to use the WAVE model in the DPM model. The paper has written the specific process of FLUENT simulation down. Then choosed a set of agglomerate nozzles to do FLUENT simulation and analyzed the movements of the oil mist particles in the agglomerate nozzles. By the research, the following two conclusions were obtained:(1) Through the data processing on different agglomerate nozzle models, the We number is too large. The We number is impossible, so the paper obtained the center speed of the oil mist particles in the agglomerate nozzles. And the center speed can be divided into X velocity and Y velocity. The Y velocity can affect the oil mist particles collision-aggregation.(2) By FLUENT simulation, the paper obtained the vectors of Y velocity on which we could read the Y velocity. Then the We number could be calculated. Through the analysis of the graphics of the total pressure and the change of particle diameter, the collision-aggregation and collision-broken state of the oil mist particles could be known.
