| This article summarized the domestic and international literature about livingenvironment, Habitat Environment and economic coordinated development, on the basis ofcoordination and sustainable development of the theory, according to the characteristics of thecity of Urumqi, combined with principle of people-oriented, scientific, and comprehensive,representativeness, operability and regional, using analytic hierarchy process to select fromthe living conditions, urban ecological environment, public infrastructure, social stability andcultural and educational life of the end of the per capita housing area (m2), per capital publicgreen area (m2) per million beds (sheets), the number of criminal cases (cases), the totalinvestment in education (million),15individuals living environment evaluation; select fromthe economic strength, industrial structure, economic openness income and consumption levelsof the regional GDP per capital ($/person), the proportion of tertiary industry employment (%),the actual use of foreign investment (million U.S. dollars) per capita, total retail sales ($/person)15economic evaluation, a total of30indicators, the establishment of a suitableevaluation of drought area of the capital city of the living environment and economic coordination,evaluation system.
