The Study Of New Digital Urban Management System Based On The "3S"

"Digital urban management" is a new urban management mode based on office automation technology, geocoding and grid map technology. It uses digital and information measure to solve problems in the traditional urban management, This system separates problem reporting with problem dealing, monitor with command to achieve the purpose that improving the urban management efficiency.Based on information measure, this paper find that the analysis of the problems with information technology as a means of urban management to optimize and improve the process,then combin 2d and 3d correlative technology and implement new model of digital urban system. This paper mainly work and system technology characteristics summarized as follows:2) This system makes the books processing process more accurate and clear by using WebGIS technology to achieve the urban geographical information grids and urban management of components and the events of naming rules.3) In order to solve the vehicle patrols intelligent path selection, this system uses the improved genetic algorithm on the original two-dimensional ArcGIS platform which used to patrol system of intelligent management.4) Combining the present 3d simulation technology, it develops 3d module of digital urban management, finishes the city of three-dimensional management. And this system developes the panorama pictures function based on the original function and successfully applied to the system which strengthen realism of the three-dimensional system.
