| Cadastre management is the core of land management, with rapid advancements of computer and network technology, using modern means for cadastral management has become an inevitable trend. Cadastre data is the blood of cadastral information management, establishing a cadastral database to meet the requirements of cadastral management information system is an important work of achieving electronic management. Based on this, the paper studying on building the cadastral database with following part, will provide ideas for cadastral database construction.Firstly, from the background of the cadastral database research, This article proposed the objective necessity of normative building cadastral database. Reviewing the development of cadastral database of home and abroad, founding some problems in the construction of cadastral information system and application, drawing the practical significance of this study. This paper studied cadastral information system construction basic work -- related problems of construction the cadastral database.Secondly, respectively describing cadastral database construction on the contents, purpose and requirements, bring in cadastral database construction standards and on defining managed objects of cadastral database, introducing the hardware and software environment required for building a cadastral database.Thirdly, from cadastral database construction, the paper describes the basic flow of cadastral database construction in detail, such as based material preparation and pretreatment, data acquisition and processing, the links of graphics and attributes and results output and so on, instructing it contacting with the practice of cadastral database.Fourthly, take Luochuan cadastral database construction in Beijing KqGis cadastral information system as an example, demonstrating statement analysis, datum analysis, map search functions, which reflect the important role of the cadastral database in land management and planning. |
