Design And Implementation Of Urban Cadastre Information Management System Based On GIS

Since the initial stage of 1970s when China started to research on Geographic Information System (GIS), GIS industry has made a great stride. In the middle stage of 1980s', our country started to try to combine GIS and database into cadastral information management. At present, cadastral information has been widely used into urban construction, municipal administration etc.The paper summaries the original management models of urban cadastral data based on the Second National Land Survey Program Database (SNLSPD), analyses the actual requirements and current issues for the features of the cadastral information explosion, frequent data updating, daily cadastral data utility expansion etc., and puts forward a new integrated urban cadastral information management model.The paper starts from the basic urban cadastral integration concepts, explains the research background and domestic and foreign situation of urban cadastral integration. Then based on the analysis of urban cadastral database in SNLSPD, the paper puts forward integrated urban cadastral management model, design the model systematically, researches on how to collect, input, update, systematically manage, map management, report analysis, data output etc, and analyses the critical problems of the system's implementation.
