Design And Development Of Urban Cadastral Survey Management Information System Based On The 2nd Land Survey

Informationization construction is an important mean for promoting information technology development and achieving scientific management of land and resources. Chinese "Digital Territory Project" and "Gold Soil Project" all aim at achieving informationization of land and natural resources in recent years. With the start of The Second National Land Survey, our country clearly put forwords building land survey databases, which range from national level to county level.This paper mainly discusses the design and development of Urban Cadastral Survey Management Information System. Firstly, this paper describes content and workflow of urban cadastral survey in detail. Secondly, GIS development method, ComGIS development tool and spatial data engine are introduced respectively. By comparison of main ComGIS development tools, we can figure out that ArcEngine has the advantage in developing urban cadastral survey management information system. Thirdly, this paper designs urban cadastral survey database and its' management information system. Fourthly, author creates cadastral database model by Case tools and build Urban cadastral survey database for Changbai Mountain Protection Zone. Finally, this paper completes development of data collection subsystem.It's practical to develop Urban Cadastral Survey Management Information System by Component Technology-ArcEngine and manage spatial data and attribute data in Urban Cadastral Survey with spatial data model—Geodatabase. The results can meet the construction of Urban Cadastral database and has practical significance.
