Digital Cadastral System

"Digital Land" is an important part in "Digital city ", and" digital cadastral management" is the foundation of "Digital Land ".The construction and improvement of the cadastral information management system can efficiently reduce the costs of management and improve the working efficiency. This paper mainly discusses how to apply some computer technologies, such as GIS technology , Workflow technology, COM technology and database of space technology ,to digital cadastral management, according to cadastral management current situation and development tendency in our country and combined with the projection of ChengDu Municipal Information office and national 863 project's practice, and based on the survey and study of the Land and Resources Bureau of city of DuJiangYan's actual demand of cadastral information management system. With object-oriented analysis method, cadastral management object model was set up, and cadastral objects were extracted and finally general design of cadastral information system was made with the several methods that mentioned. Some functions with several characters were realized, such as (1)Office Automation in the cadastral management is realized with workflow technology. The problem that land information systems software is separated from business procedure of land management has been resolved.(2)The reuse of code is realized With COM+ technology. (3)The integrate of storage and management of the graphics data and the attribute data has been realized using Spatial database technology.(4)Large information is easily spread out with WebGIS technology.(5)The design of the database has met the demand of management of cadastral file and TGIS.Through cases designation and realization, this information management system proved that a system integrated with advanced technology is practical and economical. And it can meet the demands of office management and decision-making and people's information query demand. The system has realized the cadastral management scientific, informational, automatically and network style, and can be a valuable reference to the information construction of small and medium-sized cities.
