Post enterprise is coming into key time the same as other stateowned enterprises. It is necessary to recognize environment and grasp chance, making enterprise larger, powerful. Post enterprise`s empolyees must keep clear brain, change train of thoughts ,build a set of pattern which adapts the new environment. The competition between mordern enterprises is about person with ability fundamentally. Now it is a bottle-neck that many empolyees of post enterprise can`t adapt market competition position ,especial for marketing man .So building and consummating a incentive emolument mechanism for employees ,which we must attach importance to, in order to attrack person with ability, retain them, make use of them. Which incentive emolument mechanism should be adapted to the environmental changes, thus this paper wants to resolve.From broad define, emolument includings economic compensation (or money-form compensation ) and non- economic compensation (or non-money-form compensation).Enterprise`s emolument includings commonly basic pay, performance pay,premium pay and allowance benefit and so on. Design principles about emolument mostly have teamwork principle and covert compensation principle except traditional principle. The main design mechanism about emolument have post valuation mechanism,craftsmanship valuation mechanism,longevity payment mechanism.Post enterprise as a old stateowned enterprise, is doing the separation of enterprise and state, next move will circulate company`s model. Since2005, post enterprise begins to build professional marketing team for adopt market competition, arise marketing ability and keep and more develop big client amount, the same as make use of person with ability effectively. We select and train professional marketing man, all the marketing men are client manager, divided into five distinctions which are top,director,exclusive,secondary,primary client manager。Top client manager is shouldered by director general of city. Professional client manager`s salary is made of pay add performance or deduct a percentage from a sum of money . client manger appointed from outside `s salary is$400-$800 in shake down period, when he passes shake down period, his salary is $400-$600 add deduct a percentage from a sum of money. And have allowance of work done outside office, can apply for reimbursement and car fare,public relations`cost. Welfare is made of public accumulation fund for housing construction,endowment insurance,hospitalization insurance.In order to learn the inspire effect of emolument mechanism, before redesign marketing man`s incentive system, we do a questionnaire investigate to marketing man of changchun post .the result shows that current post marketing man`s emolument system has three problems: first, it doesn`t have costbenefit, second, the model of emolument system is simple and ossification, third, both enterprise and employees`s understand is`t same. Aim at hereinbefore problem, we put forward seven measure. analyses the existing problem of marketing man`s incentive mechanism which is based on the theorem of incentive, moreover points out where the cause is and clear out the adjust tactics.Based on these analysis, from the viewpoint of the theory of incentive, we designed the survey of employee's satisfaction, at the same time we do some research of marketing man's work satisfaction to find out where the problems exist, meanwhile try to formulate...
