Explore. K Pharmaceutical Companies Marketing Strategy In Tanzania

Taking a national large-scale pharmaceutical corporation, one listed company, which I worked for (hereinafter called: K Pharmaceutical Corporation) as the subject, based on my own personal experiences and thoughts, this paper analyses the marketing strategy of K Pharmaceutical Corporation in Tanzania. It points out the existing problems and analyses the reasons. Finally, it gives some countermeasure advices for the problems. At the end of the paper, it gives advices on international marketing for Chinese companies. At the same time, it gives advices on effective management mechanism for Chinese subsidiaries abroad.In the era backgrounded of"Going Out"and"Varying Markets"strategies, more and more Chinese companies"Going Out", have different ownerships, different scales and/or in different industries or business. To some extent, this paper surely has some practical references and guidance for these companies in the future.By using method of case study, the paper researches the marketing strategy and its management of K Pharmaceutical Corporation in Tanzania. The paper actively researches and analyses the success and/or fail of K Pharmaceutical Corporation in emerging market and provides practical case for further exploration in such markets.
