The pharmaceutical industry is a high-tech content, intensive, high level of internationalization of the industry, is also a high investment, high yield of the industry, occupies a pivotal position in the economic development of our country, it was praised as "the eternal sunrise industry." In recent years, with changing in the reforming of medical system, the pharmaceutical industry environment, pharmaceutical market competition, traditional pharmaceutical marketing concepts and strategies has not been able to adapt to current market changing. New marketing idea and marketing strategy has become an important link in the development of pharmaceutical enterprises. This is also the focus of this paper.This thesis is based on marketing analysis of the basic theory and method, meaning from the background to the study and the relevant concept, for the pharmaceutical industry, environmental, industry competition conducted an in-depth study of the situation analysis and application of SWOT analysis tools make BI problems in marketing of pharmaceutical companies, subdivided according to the different factors on the market, identify a target market, positioning market. In the above analysis results, reference and use modern marketing management theory and experience of developed countries, combined with the actual situation of China’s pharmaceutical market, marketing BI company actual situation, proposed BI market for pharmaceutical companies to develop Yunnan’s marketing strategy and implementation.This thesis using the BI market for pharmaceutical companies to develop Yunnan’s marketing strategy to address problems of BI companies marketing strategy in the real market, it is Targeted, practical, and has strong practical significance for BI companies gaining sustainable competitive advantage, and also has a certain amount of experience in the development of similar companies.
