With the rapid development of medical and health undertakings,people have higher requirements for the safety of clinical medication.Drugs,as a special commodity,playing an important role in guaranteeing people's health and medical packaging_is a safe and effective barrier to protect drugs.China's pharmaceutical packaging industry is a new industry,the momentum of development is irresistible.In this context,BO company began to enter the pharmaceutical packaging market in 2014 by virtue of its excellent equipment quality and accumulated brand influence in the packaging industry?But its equipment sales did not achieve ideal results with the development of the pharmaceutical industry.This paper takes BO company as the research object,discusses and analyses the problems of marketing strategy,and tries to put forward corresponding solutions.Firstly,use the marketing theory of 4Ps and marketing theory of industrial products to analyze the problems in BO company's marketing strategy at the present stage.Secondly,starting with the analysis of external environment and the development of pharmaceutical industry,use PEST and Porter's five-force model to analyze the external marketing environment and find new methods of BO company's marketing strategy.Thirdly,it combines SWOT analysis method and SPT theory to position BO company in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.Finally,from the perspective of practical application,putting forward the product strategy of introducing new products and self-developed products,differential pricing strategy,diversification strategy of sales channels,promotion strategy of using academic conferences and trade associations.In order to ensure the implementation of marketing strategy,puting forward the adjustment of marketing team organization structure and the establishment of joint R&D center marketing strategy safeguards.
