As the constant advancing of new medical reform and the unpredictable changes in market environment,small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises in China are facing more cruel competition and difficult to sustain with traditional marketing mode,thus affects the enterprise profit to obtain and the enterprise longterm development.In order to solve the current problems,this issue makes Huaihua Zhenghao pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,a classic medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise in China,as its subject,to design the suitable marketing strategy for it based on the study of its situation.Which can provide useful advises for the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies to face the market competition.Based on the relevant theories of marketing strategy,firstly this paper analyzes use the 5 force model and Pest method as the tool to analyses the external environment while study the inner by SWOT method,which will conclude the market problems that Huaihua Zhenghao pharma Co.,Ltd.exist and makes the better market objective with those analysis.Specifically,Using 4P method to make new strategies to solve those problems,which is advised in this issue to optimize the production combine that can make full use of the enterprises' advantage on its own characters,which need to change the traditional strategy that using penetration price into the new one that using the differential pricing to adept different marketing mode and developing the business channel and online marketing based on traditional marketing,meanwhile,try to advertise in more areas to promoting the popularity of the productions.In the end this issue provides several ways to strengthening the construction of marketing organization team,improving customer service system and strengthening marketing control function,so as to improve the marketing status of enterprises and continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper will further improve the mainstream 4P marketing concept and the analysis of traditional offline marketing model in the enterprise marketing strategy.To work out the marketing strategies that can adept the special environment that small and medium-sized traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprises are facing,and makes it more practical and accuracy as a common method for all small and mediumsized traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprises to make their own strategies.
