Beijing New Building Materials Business Process Reengineering

Based on the main contradicts between modern businessmanagement style and inside and outside environment ofenterprise and the main characteristic of knowledge-basedeconomy ages, this thesis firstly describes related thoughtsand points of the business process re-engineering theoriesfrom the 60-90's and discusses the origins and its contentof the business process re-engineering.Secondly, based on studying a lot of the domestic andinternational cases of the business process re-engineering,this thesis put forward the theories frame needed at carryingon the business process re-engineering. The frame includes aseries of guidelines ,process,related methods. Basing onthe help of the frame, the BPR can be easily completed. Theframe of BPR promotes change of BPR physically applied bytheories, increases the maneuverability of the processreengineering, reduce the error of the process reengineering.Finally, applying the frame of BPR in the research ofBeijing new building materials company, we achieve a resultof the expectation. Through analyzing existing businessprocess, we achieve the description of the new business processand discover un-worthy activities at process. At last we candesign a new process and complete a result of the expectation.The fact was proved that the frame has certain instructionto the business process re-engineering and it can reduce theerror in the implement process, saving using of resources andinsuring BPR completed smoothly.
