Research On Enterprise Business Process Re-engineering Based On ERP

In the era of economic globalization, with more and more intensive competition of market and enterprise, enterprise in our country faces much pressure of surviving and improving. Based on this, application and promotion of business process re-engineering is very meaningful to the our enterprise. Among this, importing worldwide-lead ERP system is one of the most useful method.Enterprise business re-engineering based on ERP is to make good use of advanced management thought of ERP, set current business process as the object of re-engineering, design, optimize and re-engineer current process, integrate resources and function within the enterprise, so as to make good improvement of operation, quality, service, speed in enterprise.This thesis first introduces relevant basic knowledge of ERP, states the important meanings of inplementing ERP. Second, aims at the actual operation business of enterprise, research the problems of process in the case detailly, make good use of the technology and management thought offerred from ERP system, re-engineer the original process of enterprise business, figure out the solution. Third, based on the solution, take research in the ERP technology and design the realization solution. Besides, put emphasis on the actual technology and customizing of the critical part.. Then, re-engineer the original process, which causes the problems, and design new process, compare the advantages and disadvantages between the two processes. At last, according to the experience of implementing ERP system in other enterprises, conclude and summarize the possibility of promoting the solution in other enterprises in different fields, state several critical factors during business re-engineering based on ERP, and conclude the expectation of further research.
