The development report of Chinese private enterprises pointed out,about90%of the Chinese private enterprises are family enterprises. Since the reform and opening up, the family business has grown gradually, with the increasing competition in market economy, industrial economy physical capital is not dominant, the human capital becomes the key factor restricting the sustainable development of family enterprises. Because of the "pay attention to the production, sales, look down on managementt" and other reasons, a lot of difficulties encountered in the development of family enterprises after the listed, especially the problems existing in the management of human resources is more and more obvious. This paper discusses the research object H Company is one of the typical cases.Therefore, research on human resource management in family enterprises listed for the promotion of sustainable development of family enterprise, has the extremely important practical significance. According to the actual situation in the H Company of human resources, combining human resource management theory, carding the present situation, focus on human resources management issues after the H Company listed, its human resources management perspective and analysis, for the enterprise human resources management in the backward concept, lack of human resources strategic effective planning, incentive system is not perfect, the staff do not have a sense of belonging and low management efficiency, have put forward some specific measures and countermeasures, have certain reference value to solve the practical problems of human resources after the H Company listed.
