From 1994, the fifth global merger and acquisition movement hasbegun in the business world. Meanwhile, there are more and more ChineseCompanies take part in the transnational mergers and acquisitions. The humanresource integration (HRI) is much difficult in the transnational M&A,compared to the institutional integration, the technology integration and so on.The integration of human resources has become the key influential factor inthe transnational M&A activities of Chinese companies.This article focus on the transnational M&A of the Chinese companies.With the integration of theories an practices, it does some research on theissues of the HRI in the Chinese transnational M&A. Based on the relatedtheories of transnational M&A and human resource integration, this articlealso analyze the cases and events of Chinese companies in HRI. According tothe analyses of the motivations and the characteristics, the scan of theenvironments and the contrast of the domestic and foreign conditions, theauthor uses the SWOT analyses to the actual practices of Chinese companies'HRI in the transnational M&A. At last, based on the SWOT analyses ,thearticle recommends the corresponding strategies and tactics.
