Nowadays, enterprise merger and acquisition are active and blustery but the defeat rate also is very high in the world. One of the very important reasons is that the enterprises did not properly solve the human resources question. The enterprise merger and acquisition is an integration process of each kind of essential factor and human resources integration is the most important and the first essential factor in integration. Innumerable practices proved that: the effective human resources integration can not guarantee the successful merger and acquisition activities, but the invalid human resources integration inevitably will cause the defeat activities. Therefore the thorough study of human resources integration question in enterprise merger and acquisition is helpful to the theory innovation of human resources management and enterprise merger and acquisition. Moreover it also has important realistic instructing meaning on enterprise merger and acquisition.This paper carried out standard research on the human resources integration question utilizing the case research methods in the China's enterprise merger and acquisition. Firstly, the paper proved the necessity of human resources integration in the enterprise merger and acquisition course in our country. Then on the base of the concrete analysis of the human resources questions the author proposed a set of systematic and practical feasible human resources integration strategy. Specially, in the consideration of the special external environment of enterprise system switcher in our country, the paper analyzed the external environment factors of human resources integration and put forward some practical proposals. Finally with the case that Alibaba purchasing Yahoo China total property, further confirmed the previous integration strategy.
