With the continuous development of the global market economy, M&A has became an efficient approach to pursue the business development and the scale expansion, moreover, M&A is also a significant way to make the enterprise resources reallocation effectively become true in the context of the whole society. In China, more and more state-owned businesses and the private enterprises realize the enterprise leap-up development through M&A. Nevertheless, according to the study statistics of many domestic and overseas authorities, the successful M&A cases are more than the failed ones. One of the reasons to explain this situation is that during the M&A both sides of the enterprises do not realize the human resources integration is the key to a successful M&A. With the fever of domestic enterprise M&A rise and fall, human resources integration has became the focus of the enterprise M&A. In this context, based on the theories of human resources integration, combined with some interviews and materials on some domestic enterprises which experienced M&A collected by the author, applied the case analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the human resources integration issues in Chinese enterprise M&A process. In the first place, it discusses the main factors which influences the human resources integration during the Chinese enterprise M&A process. Based on this analyses, this paper provides human resources integration strategies which suit for Chinese enterprise and concludes a more systematic human resources integration plan in hoping that it can have some practical meaning for the Chinese human resources integration.This paper focuses on the combination between theories and practices. It does a case study on the early M&A case of China Communication Construction Company to analyze the human resources integration. Through discussing the M&A background and the M&A mode, it studies the main strategies of the human resources integration in the CCCC M&A case, and illustrates the significance of human resources integration in a successful M&A case in hoping that this paper could provide some assistances to develop the level of human resources management during the Chinese enterprises M&A process.
