In the background of economic globalization, many Chinese enterprises have carriedout cross‐border merger and acquisition in order to get domestic and internationalresources, expand international market, get advanced technology, build own brandand seek more development room. Merger and acquisition is a productivecombination of reconfiguration and optimization. Human resource is the most activeand critical element in various elements. Almost in all merger and acquisitionactivities, the managers will firstly encounter the issues about people. Therefore,human resource integration undoubtedly becomes a key step in merger andintegration. The level of human resources integration largely determines the successof merger and acquisition. The paper studies about the human resource integrationperformance after Chinese enterprises'cross‐border merger and acquisition andgives suggests to human resource integration.This paper has six chapters:Chapter I is the research background, present situation, objective and significance,the basic idea and method and the innovation points.Chapter II is the theory of merger and acquisition, performance, Analytic HierarchyProcess and Fuzzy Decision Model.Chapter III analyses seven cases about the human resource integration cases afterChinese enterprises'merger and acquisition.Chapter IV is the study about the human resource integration performance afterChinese enterprises'merger and acquisition.Chapter V gives suggests to the human resource integration after Chineseenterprises'merger and acquisition.Chapter VI is the conclusion. Pointed out the research and unsolved problemsIn this paper, the innovation is building a relatively complete human resourceintegration performance index system after Chinese enterprises'cross‐border merger and acquisition.
