Enterprise transnational merger and acquisition is a high-risk and high-profit business practices. However, at present our country enterprise transnational merger and acquisition success rate is not high. Although the acquisitions, but in the integration of enterprise after cross-border merger and acquisition, may not be able to achieve business, management and coordination of many aspects of the original intention, resulting in mergers and acquisitions may not be achieved real success. Transnational merger and acquisition effect is not good, the main problem is the post-merger integration in mergers and acquisitions to poor effect did not play the role of benefit maximization. Based on consulting a large number of data, some literatures, based on research results, the SAIC Ssangyong Motor merger with in-depth analysis and summary, finally proposed our country enterprise merger integration requires integration from the aspects of strategic integration, corporate culture integration, human resources integration, integration, organization and system of financial integration and brand integration six suggestions, which will be China’s enterprises through cross-border mergers and acquisitions business complementary advantages, to optimize the allocation of resources realize win-win situation for reference. With the development of global economy, China’s enterprises should continue to learn to summarize and draw lessons from domestic and international experience of the transnational M&A. Only by constantly learning, constantly sum up and continue to try, to will walk more far in cross-border mergers and acquisitions of going, for integration after cross-border merger and acquisition will become more mature and success.
