We use the example of company A, analysis the present situation and problems of project team management of the company, Combining human resources management theory, use the project team manage methods to build a reasonable and effective team-building system.This paper analyzes the development status, company organization and team structure status of company A, finds the problems of team building, analyze the reasons for the problems and improve their team build system.
