Knowledge is one of the most basic and core resources in enterprises, the management of knowledge also permeates every aspect of enterprise management and plays an essential role of it. So it is necessary to develop effective knowledge management which can impel the enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. As a way to serve enterprise development, domestic and foreign researches have put forward the idea that the knowledge management and the enterprise competitive strategies are integrated as a whole which affecting each other. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the acceleration of the global economic integration process, the internal and external environment of enterprises are constantly changing. The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, which makes a large number of domestic companies to realize the importance of knowledge management in enterprise development; to enhance and maintain the advantages to their competitors by quickly importing the concept of knowledge management and implementing knowledge management projects. In sight of this, it is of great importance to combine knowledge management and competitive strategies of enterprises. It is even more important to find an effective way to promote the enterprises’competitive advantage through knowledge management, and to choose their own competition strategies that are suitable.This paper firstly analyzes the concepts of knowledge management and competition strategy, and points out the impact of knowledge management on competition strategy combined with the current researches; secondly, it identifies and selects the key factors in internal and external environment which influence competition strategy from a perspective of knowledge management, then builds a competition strategy evaluation index system for enterprises based on knowledge management; analyzes each index system quantitatively in order to rank them by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and establish preferable model of competition strategy based on TOPSIS method; Finally, this paper analyzes a living example to verify the operability and rationality of the mentioned methods. All these efforts are hoping to provide theoretical basis and references for further development of knowledge management; provide a reference for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness, competitive advantage, and make its development healthy and rapid.
