The HZ home textile company is a specialized production home use spinning and weaving product traditional manufacture enterprise, founds by several family personnel. After near eight year fast development, the company insisted that strengthens the management promotion performance of enterprises, the enhancement enterprise competitive power, has obtained the remarkable management achievements. From 2000 to 2006, the enterprise in JIT, ITS and so on advanced production, under the informationization management tool impetus, the effectiveness of operation enhanced unceasingly, produces can obviously increase, the product quality was stable, sales volume swift growth. But in the recent two years, enterprise's operation management continues under the steady state, the service, the production internal management unusual condition, actually has not met the customer order form to reduce, the sales volume slides to the difficult position which, the profit reduces. in view of this background, author take HZ Corporation as the object of study, first spins the profession through the analyst the overall condition is the background, then the utilization baud 5 five strength models, from the strategic field of vision analysis, diagnose the HZ Corporation's environmental aspect, then obtains the HZ Corporation recent developmental strategy, proposed that by the product variation's strategy, by the knowledge management support product value innovation, breaks through the growth as HZ Corporation the bottleneck, the sustained development strategy. Next, the author from the innovation value chain theoretical analysis, the innovation flow principle, and analyzes the knowledge management achievement to realize the product innovation design feasibility. Finally through analyzes the goal which the HZ corporate design system and the innovative design requests, the utilization knowledge management and the design study theory, proposes HZ Corporation based on the knowledge management home use textile design system plan.
