Because the enterprise is very difficult in the dynamic environment to obtainsustainable competitive advantage, which makes the research of how to get acompeting benefit in the dynamic surroundings of the dynamic capability theoryemerge as the times require, and has become a new hot research of strategicmanagement theory, that the theory of dynamic capabilities, enterprises can continueto optimize the allocation of enterprise resources needed, continuous improvement,innovation and learning, since the reform the core ability of the enterprise to meetchanges in internal and external environment, and find the potential marketopportunity to create sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. so thatenterprises obtain competitive advantages in the whole. And, twenty-first Century willbe a knowledge-based era, in the era of knowledge economy, more and moreenterprises to join in the exploration of the theory and practice of knowledgemanagement, realize more and more enterprises gain the core competitive advantageis knowledge. Knowledge management is becoming more and more important, it notonly become an important source of dynamic capabilities of enterprises, but alsobecome a new source of competitive advantage. Rely on the corporate success moreto the acquisition, transmission, application, production, storage, sharing knowledge,to maintain the competitive advantage depends on the enterprise to create, faster thanits competitors, communication, application and sharing new knowledge. But for along time, scholars to study dynamic capability, knowledge management andcompetitive advantage is fragmented, rarely designed on the relationship betweenthem and effective analysis framework, thus affecting the implementation ofknowledge management in enterprise, enhancing the dynamic capabilities, to enhancecompetitive advantage.Therefore, the author based on reviewing the literatures on the learned: after therise of knowledge economy, domestic and foreign scholars on knowledgemanagement and did a lot of research, but the research is mainly focused on thedevelopment, concept, function, content, method and strategy, type structureknowledge management category itself for the study, and the transformation mechanism between knowledge management and dynamic capability and competitiveadvantage is very little, thus affecting the implementation of knowledge managementin enterprise ’s enthusiasm and the possibility of. So, this article constructs atheoretical analysis model, in-depth analysis of the relationship between knowledgemanagement mechanism, dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage, selectionof dynamic capabilities as the connection between knowledge management andstriving advantage factors, put forward " knowledge management-DynamicCapability-competitive advantage " of a path. And the variables between the fourmajor hypotheses:①Knowledge management has significant positive influence onenterprise competition;②the knowledge management has the significant positiveinfluence on dynamic capability;③dynamic capability has significant positiveinfluence on the enterprise competitive advantage;④the dynamic capability is a keycompetitive advantage of driving factors, with intermediate role in the connectionbetween knowledge management and striving advantage. And the correspondingaccording to the division of every dimension of the variables, and puts forward thecorresponding hypothesis.This research will be the national companies as samples, through theexamination study analysis, stability and certainty correlation analysis and reactionanalysis to prove hypotheses. By using SPSS17software, each data of questionnairewas obtained from the test, reliability using Cronbach ’ alpha coefficient and item-general correlation coefficient (CITC), validity using factor analysis, sphericity testusing KMO measurement and Bartlett, results show the stability and certainty.By proving the stability and certainty, this study further criticized the referenceand regression on data.4hypotheses are supported, and analysis, dynamic capabilityis obvious on the intermediary role of knowledge management and competitiveadvantage. Through the analysis, in the changing market environment, knowledgemanagement is to influence business competitory advantage through the messengervariables of active capacity, this shows that if enterprises want to gain morecompetitive advantages, can use the path of this research, by strengthening theknowledge management, improve the dynamic capabilities, to enhance competitiveadvantage. So, if the enterprise wants to obtain the competitive advantage in the dynamic changes in the environment, not only to strengthen knowledge management,and enterprises also need to construct dynamic capabilities and cultivate enterprise.According to the conclusions, this research also puts forward relevantcountermeasures and suggestions.
