At present, domestic and foreign scholars have researched mostly on knowledge value and knowledge management (its'premise is that knowledge is valuable) respectively; for doing so, it is difficult to research on these problems such as: how the knowledge holder takes part in distribution of product value, and how to price knowledge reasonably to promote knowledge trade inside the organization, and how to price innovation knowledge reasonably to promote knowledge trade among organizations? I think it is the basic reason for the knowledge management has little effect on the enterprise for many years. So this paper will combine knowledge management and knowledge value to research.The approaches will be applied in this paper include qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, induction, deduction, questionnaire and case analysis. We mainly apply the approach of game theory and mathematics modeling to analyze the knowledge value and its price. This paper tries to integrate knowledge value and knowledge management with the carriers of knowledge which should be the individual, group or organization. This paper has analyzed three problems hereinafter based on the theory of knowledge value, namely: first, what value terms do the individuals who work in the organization is willing to share or trade their knowledge with the others on? Two, what value terms do the organization is willing to buy the knowledge which owned by the individual who is inside or outside the organization on? Three, what value terms do the organization is willing to trade the knowledge with other organizations on? Finally, after answering above three problems, this paper has established the basic model of the relative knowledge management.The main conclusions in this paper are: the knowledge price is bounded by the cost of innovating or accumulating knowledge and the utility value of knowledge, the actual price in knowledge trade is decided by the trust relation between both traders and the distance of knowledge in the circumscription. Because the trust relation affects the buyer accept how much the utility value of knowledge which the seller has anticipated, and the distance of knowledge affects the cost of transferring knowledge and the actual utility value of knowledge. When the individual sells his/her knowledge to an organization, the knowledge price will be between the cost to maintain the labor-power of the worker and his/her family surplus the cost to keep the knowledge advantage and subtract the cost of trade from the utility value of knowledge, and the actual price will be decided by the trust relation and the distance of knowledge. In fact, the recruitment process of the organization is the process which the organization identify the knowledge value, so the organization should strengthen the test to the recruit. When the worker trade knowledge each other in the organization, if they established an anticipation which they can exchange knowledge in equivalence for a long time, they would pay the knowledge with"mutual benefit", otherwise, the knowledge price should be decided by the trust relation and the distance of knowledge between the cost of transferring knowledge and the utility value of knowledge; because the organization is the most beneficiary in the knowledge trade among workers of the organization, it should establish a knowledge management net which takes the knowledge brokers as net nodes. When the knowledge trade takes place among organizations, there are three modes of initiative knowledge trade namely: patent licensing, knowledge alliance and knowledge merger; the knowledge price should be decided by the trust relation and the distance of knowledge between the cost of innovation surplus the cost of transferring and the utility value of knowledge; because most of knowledge trade between organizations will use the mode of knowledge alliance between the university and the enterprise, the nation should establish a social knowledge management system which takes the universities as the net nodes.The main points of innovation in this paper are: I put forward the concept of knowledge distance which denotes the distance between knowledge and the recipient at the first time, and establish an analysis model to price knowledge commodity, and stress that the salary earned by the knowledge worker is the embodiment of their knowledge value, and think that the organization should utilize the mechanism of market to share knowledge inside the organization and establish the knowledge management system which takes the knowledge brokers as the net nodes, analyze thoroughly the knowledge trade between the organizations and pricing and put forward a model of social knowledge management.This paper emphasizes particularly on the research of tacit knowledge, but from the point of view how to realize the value of knowledge, we cannot detach entirely the tacit knowledge from the explicit knowledge at present.
