In a market environment that uncertainty is the only confirmed factor, it is undoubtedly that knowledge is the source of sustained competitive advantage enterprises can obtain continuously. When numerous market factors drive technology to update constantly, the rivals to be doubled and the products be washed out day by day, successful enterprises are often those that can create and assess new knowledge constantly, transfer new knowledge all over to the entire organization, and apply them to new technology and new product development. In the era that knowledge breaks away from capital and workforce and becomes independent factor of production, it is urgent and necessary to manage knowledge and enterprise activities correlated with knowledge. However, knowledge management is a new thing and at starting and primary stage. Present researches still mostly concentrate on the basic theories of knowledge management, though the researches have certain theory value, they can't provide effective guidance and help managers implement knowledge management. We hope to help the administrative staff recognize the essence and operation mechanism of knowledge management through summarizing the practice of knowledge management and analyze micro mechanism of knowledge activity in detail. Then we can provide the implementation framework of knowledge management, and establish steady foundation for enterprises.Firstly we simply introduced the significance, method, innovation, structure frame of knowledge management study in the prolegomenon. Then we reviewed and commented briefly the relevant theories of knowledge management in the second chapter. On this basis, we defined the essence of knowledge management from four aspects of goal, strategy, knowledge activity and auxiliary platform, and proposed the enterprise knowledge management operation mechanism model. These formed main contents of the third chapter. We analyzed choice mechanism of knowledge management tactics in the fourth chapter, and pointed out choosing trap of knowledge management tactics and how to choose the correct knowledge management tactics. We analyzed knowledge conversion mechanisms in the fifth chapter. We introduced four kinds of modes about knowledge conversion on the basis of SECI model. We also explained the dynamic course of tacit knowledge externalization, operation mechanism about 'Ba' and management mode of knowledge conversion in detail. The main content of the sixth chapter included knowledge transferring and sharing mechanism. At first,we founded the knowledge transferring and sharing model on the basis of communication theory, and then analyzed obstacle factors of knowledge transferring in detail from five aspects of knowledge sender, knowledge absorber, knowledge inherent characteristic, knowledge transferring channel and knowledge transferring environment. At last we set up enterprise knowledge transferring mechanism. At the end of this chapter, we recommended three kinds of effective knowledge transferring practice and help the administrative staff implement knowledge transferring project. We mainly researched the assessment of knowledge capital in the seventh chapter. We redefined the meaning of knowledge capital, put forward the index system of knowledge capital assessment and set up the quantitative appraisal model of knowledge capital finally through consulting from system engineering theories and AHP. We explained the concrete content of the auxiliary platform of knowledge management in the eighth chapter. These function management activities consisted of effective guarantee of knowledge management. We summarized the main content of the thesis briefly in the conclusion part, and prospected the foreground of knowledge management.There are three innovation points that we expected in this article. Firstly, we redefined the essence of knowledge management from four aspects of goal, strategy, knowledge activity and auxiliary platform, then proposed enterprise knowledge management operation mechanism model. Secondly, we founded the knowledge transferring and sharing model on the basis of communication theory, and then analyzed obstacle factors of knowledge transferring in detail from five aspects of knowledge sender, knowledge absorber, knowledge inherent characteristic, knowledge transferring channel and knowledge transferring environment. At last we set up enterprise knowledge transferring mechanism. Thirdly, we put forward the index system of knowledge capital assessment and set up the quantitative appraisal model of knowledge capital finally through consulting from system engineering theories.
