Enterprise Core Competitive Study Based On Knowledge Management Stratedy

Mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy. Enterprises are facing increasing competition. Knowledge replace various resources, becoming the key competitive. Therefore,knowledge manage is the first stept for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Knowledge management is different from the previous management thinking. It is a whole process from strategy design to the practical stepts.The starting point of this discussion is enterprise core competitiveness which base on knowledge. The prefessor Hansen and his partner has proposed two mode of knowledge management strategy for enterprises, which are knowledge coding mode and knowledge individual mode. In this paper ,the author combines the two modes with SECI model ,which proposed by Japaness scholar Nonaka, and then put forward a new theory of two modes in parallel. And demonstrate the theory through cases study. The author hopes that this theory has reference value to the enterprise development .
