The 21 st century is the era of rapid development of new economy, when most enterprises are faced with fierce market competition both at home and abroad. In order to survive and develop, enterprises have to reform either their management or tools to gain momentum.When the informationization of human resources management has been gradually introduced into the enterprise management, people have discovered its strong power and great benefit to promote innovation and development. Thus, more and more enterprises begin to regard the informationization of human resources management as one of their most important strategies and promote it within the enterprises.A construction enterprise in Yunnan began to informationize its human resources management. After years of exploration, practice and development, the informationization of human resources management has played an important role in promoting the company to improve its management and develop sustainably. However, there are still a lot of problems because the enterprise has not fully understood the informationization of human resources management and the enterprise has its own constraints. When the construction enterprise has informationized the human resources management, the process cost too much time, the effect was not ideal, and utilization was low. In view of this, this article conducts a research on the existing problems of the construction enterprise when it informationized its human resources management and tries to put forward solutions to solve them, including the designing of the informationization of human resources management, the implementation of the informationization of human resources management, the evaluation of the informationization of human resources management and the improvement and optimization of the informationization of human resources management.
