In the context of the new economic era,companies are experiencing global challenges and challenges.As an important part of corporate management,human resource management has shifted from a simple reliance on labor costs to a more efficient human resource management mechanism.Traditional human resources Resource management has also gradually been replaced by strategic human resources management.QW Company is an "institutional" film and television media company affiliated to CCTV.Due to the strategic and business development needs,it merged with the four other CCTV companies in 2015.The combined company's overall business level is excellent,but at this stage the company's Human resources management has the problems of lack of clear strategy,lack of top-level construction,and weak team ability and configuration.The existence of these problems makes it difficult for the company's human resource management to become the internal driving force of the company's overall business development,and forms the supporter of the company's strategic landing.Combining the theory of strategic human resource management and the frontier theory and practice of the three-pillar model of human resource management,the existing management mechanism of QW Company was explored and it was found that the demand for human resources management from the traditional function orientation to the strategic orientation transformation was very urgent.This paper mainly uses literature reading,in-depth interviews,and research questionnaires to conduct systematic research and in-depth analysis of the problems in the human resources management of QW,and proposes optimization for improving the effectiveness of QW's human resource management and optimizing department follow-up operations.Measures and Strategic Suggestions-Establish “Human Resource Management Expert Center”,“Business Partner” and “Shared Service Center” that are suitable for the company and build what people commonly call the “three-pillar model”.Due to the change of mechanism,QW companies also need a process of smooth operation from concept to system to the entire model.This paper also proposes the landing of the “three pillars” model for QW based on previous research results and the specific practices of outstanding companies.Related supporting measures.Finally,we hope that through this diagnosis and research of QW,we can improve the efficiency of its organizational operations and provide useful help and reference for other companies with such problems.
