The modern enterprise rapid development, the market competition is day by day intense, set a higher request to the enterprise human resources managers. Must cause human resources management modernization, scientific, standardization, benefit, the realization modern enterprise transfer whole advancement, the key lies in the formulation company human resources system management plan, and examines, the revision in the practice, recognizes and accelerates the implementation through the human resources management information system carrier.Human resources management informationization abroad to study more mature, many studies have access to human resources management decision support system and expert systems areas. ln our cuontry most enterprises have not been established integrity of the human resources management information system, a lot of software development personnel lack the necessary human resources management knowledge developed software only solution to the low level of human resources management issues, ignoring the solution of practical problems, but a single function, not from the overall proposed solution. Chinese enterprises to develop in depth, their internal management innovation functions, human resources management informationization construction imminent. The contents and results of major research papers are as follows :1 introduction of a brief analysis of this research background, and on this basis, based on the HRM informationization construction and the basic idea of the meaning.2 My second chapter of the modern enterprise informationization HRM issues and the status of the analysis.3 Chapter III of HRM and HRMIS relevant information on the theory and HRM informationization construction methods and the need to deal with.4 Chapter IV reference Western countries HRM informationization "construction methods, systematically addressed HRM informationization construction ideas, principles, methods and procedures.5 HRMIS chapter in our specific analysis of the construction and application of a certain enterprise. In the final chapter of the enterprise applications HRMIS assess, analyse and evaluate.6 Chapter 6 summarized the content of this research, applying theories and methods, research results, and made research deficiencies and future research expectations.The adoption of a business survey data available in re-establishing and improving enterprise HRM business processes on the basis of a structured development life cycle France, HRMIS functional needs analysis, system design and thus to achieve so that the system has strong values.The study aims to introduce a more perfect our enterprise informationization HRM approach to helping enterprises manage the efficiency and level of human resources, improvement of enterprise performance, increase their core competitiveness.
