With the rapid economic development, the fact that accelerating the city andinfrastructure investment provides great opportunities and development forconstruction industry. If companies can build a reasonable a lasting competitivehuman resource system has become the enterprise the key to win the competition.Hunan Third Engineering Co., Ltd. as a large state-owned enterprises, humanresources management concept is being used by traditional personnel management tomodern human resources management changes, and then strive to strategic humanresource management changes. But the company’s current human resource structureconfiguration has been unable to meet the development needs of the company, to acertain extent, restricted the expansion of the company’s business. So the status quo isnecessary to analyze the company’s human resources.From the in-depth analysis of the Third Engineering Co., Ltd., Hunan Province,the existing human resources issues seek solutions to the problem of human resourceplanning ideas and strategies departure. First, through the analysis of the currentEngineering Co., Ltd., Hunan Province, the third strategy, human resources, internaland external environment, human resource inventory and demand and supply situation,explore the company’s human resources problem. Then, combined with the company’sdevelopment strategy and formulate ideas and principles of human resources, thedevelopment of the company’s human resources planning and implementationprocesses. Finally, in-depth analysis of the company’s human resources planningbarriers that may exist, propose appropriate safeguards, to the new, rational planningof human resources within the company to get a good run, lay the foundation forlong-term development of the company.This article through to the Third Engineering Co., Ltd., Hunan Province. Humanresources supply and demand is analyzed, on the basis of the human resource demandforecasting for the future, combined with the company’s development strategy, putforward the corresponding human resource planning, and takes into consideration thedynamic balance of human resource supply and demand.
