After the reform and opening up, A construction company through continuous development, and achieved good results. But with a lot of problems in A construction company’s development process, including human resources management system restricts A construction company’s development, we must solve this problem. A perfect construction and improvement of the company’s human resource management, can help A construction company into advanced human resource management period, to remain competitive and have significant momentum.From the current situation of the management and development of human resources starting construction enterprises, by reading literature, theoretical and practical discussion and analysis and other methods, to build a research framework. Mainly for the following studies: First, to understand the theory and knowledge of human resources, and then combined with the actual situation of A construction company to clear the problem, and then on A company human resources management problems of diagnosis and analysis through literature study.
