After nearly two decades of development, the core of Human Resources Management is still in the theoretical basis of scientific management stage of the third industrial revolution. Although the concept of big data and other cutting-edge human resource management practices and gradual combination of increasingly close, but most remain in the research stage, it has not been applied to large-scale enterprise human resource management practices. For a long time, Human Resource Management Information System(HRMIS) has been acting as the function of data collection, these data can help human resources managers better personnel management. After many years of accumulated data, HRMIS has gradually shifted from the role of tools, turn to the role of assistant, but need to be a mathematical model and management practice match. Traditional data analysis requires only one data derived different conclusions, except to emphasize human resource business intelligence to store the entire data process, preparation, cleaning, mining, modeling and other general content, but also a greater emphasis on the follow-up of management actions, particularly to rely on the data complete management of continuous improvement. In practice, the data of human resources analysis and prediction are mainly qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods rely mainly on general management experience manager, and quantitative analysis is based on real data as the basis, with higher mathematical logic. Thus, for businesses, in the case of Industry 4.0, intelligent manufacturing, Internet + rapidly changing external environment, gray system theory, Markov prediction applied to human resource management practice, is also human resources management theory It supplements, therefore, of great significance. In this paper, data mining technology in the field of human resources management was studied, including the contents match the contents of the data mining process, the mathematical model and human resource management practices, data mining in the area of human resource turnover analysis. By using gray relational analysis of GST company case studies aimed at finding ways to build human resource map data paths, and mathematical models of human resource management practices range of applications for the establishment of human resources business intelligence to find the path and countermeasures.
