In knowledge economic age, human resource management is raised to a higher level, and become one of important part of enterprise management. In spite of it, some problems are also left over. An Advance technology would be found inevitably. Data mining, which is good at finding mode from data, has been applied in many fields and obtained good economic results. Data mining is a promising new technology to transact information, and becoming an increasing role in utilizing and extracting knowledge.As a guide to modern human resources management theory, this paper use data mining technology "intelligent" and "automatic" to the Human Resources Management System for the analysis of the situation making effective use of a large amount of data information. And on this basis, discover valuable knowledge to guide our actual work, Gansu Telecom to enhance the overall strength of competition.Firstly to introduce the thesis, expatiates upon the background and purpose of the study as well as the meaning, content, study method and technique road-map. Competitions among enterprises root on talent competition and how to comprehensively master and reasonably utilize human resources is the primary problem of the human resource management of contemporary enterprises. The study purpose of the thesis is using scientific quantitative analysis method to find solutions of corresponding problems. Beginning with expatiation upon theory relative to data mining technology and combining with theory relative to Telecom operators human resource management, the thesis use data mining technology to solve problems regarding to Gansu Telecom human resource management, such as Optimize staffing, preventing head draining, and Precision management of human resources.Secondly to study on thesis expatiates upon theory of data mining technology including domestic and abroad research status of data mining technology, principles of data mining technology, practical application of data mining, as well as basic procedure and analysis approach of data mining.Thirdly to discusses the application of data mining technology in Gansu Telecom human resource management. The thesis focuses on solving three problems about human resource management using data mining, using data mining technology to Optimize staffing, preventing head draining, and Precision management of human resources.Finally, Through quantitative analysis to solve problems regarding to human resource management of Gansu Telecom, an university can achieve the effective combination of develop strategy and human resource management strategy, escalate staffing efficiency, and enhance Gansu Telecom's core competitive power.
