Research On Business Intelligence Data Mining Technology Enhancing Customer Service Capability

In recent years,with the rapid development of the insurance industry,the pressure of internal and external competition faced by personal insurance(life insurance)companies has intensified.At the same time,the demand for the capacity and diversity of life insurance services continues to increase.Therefore,how to further strengthen and enhance customer service capabilities has become an urgent problem for life insurance companies.With the rapid development of data mining,machine learning and especially deep neural network technology,the application of intelligent technology to business has become an important means to solve such problems.This article aims to explore how to use intelligent data mining technology to enhance the life service capabilities of life insurance companies.Based on extensive research on life insurance business,this paper completed the design and construction of data warehouse.Using data mining and machine learning technology,the whole framework of intelligent technology applied to business improvement is constructed,and intelligent mining technology is used to improve customer service capabilities,including using decision tree algorithm,multi-layer perception and integrated learning algorithm to construct classifier.Conduct customer segmentation,use association rule mining to assist life insurance decision making,and use clustering algorithms and visualization techniques to further analyze and assist in the discovery of insurance fraud.The various algorithm models in this paper have a good performance in the initial application process of the case company.The multi-layer perception classification makes the classification of life insurance customers more detailed and reasonable,and the company's business personnel can carry out products more specifically.Sales;association rule mining has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of decision-making by company managers;the combination of clustering and visualization has helped claim service personnel to further investigate suspicious cases.A series of attempts and explorations in this paper have a good reference value for the application of data intelligence related technology in the life insurance industry.
