Discussion On The Application Of Human Resource Information In Enterprises

Human resources intelligence is an important part of enterprises’ information management work, which has become an indispensable part of the enterprises’ information management process. Strengthening the research and discussion on human resources intelligence in theory and practice can enable enterprises to achieve full development and effective utilization of enterprises’ internal and external human resources to enhance the enterprises’ competitive power as well as efficiently complete enterprises’ development strategies so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to obtain talent advantages and provide guarantee for further implementation of information of enterprises’ human resources management.First of all, the author analyzes the he present status of research and application of domestic and foreign enterprises intelligence in a comprehensive way and then makes the introduction for the related theories in terms of enterprise intelligence,human resources, human resources information, etc. The paper discusses the human resources intelligence collection, including the type of human resources intelligence requirement and human resource intelligence gathering design; it elaborates the analysis process, ways, identifications and indicators of human resource analysis process, builds up and discusses the feasibility of the human resource intelligence analysis system. Then it discussed the communication and feedback of human resources intelligence and proposed the establishment of human resource intelligence service system; finally, the paper verified the practicalness of human resource theory in previous chapters by case analysis, focusing on description of the issue on how to connect the human resources intelligence system with the original enterprise system interface and other issues.
