Research On The Development Strategy Of Nanjing J Transportation Construction Group

The present era for the enterprise is the era of winning through strategies, more and more enterprise take the enterprise strategic research as an ergent matter for the enterprise. The transportation infrastructure construction has a good role in promoting social and economic development; it also pays great importance to the construction of urbanization. The Nanjing J Transportation Group, as a state-owned enterprise, can benefit the local economic activities in structural adjustment and industrial upgrading, especially for the most concentrated areas of industries in Nanjing through its benign development.This paper uses the systematic research theory combining the case analysis, feasibility analysis methods to study together. The PEST analysis method is used to analyze the group’s macro competitive environment, and on the basis of SWOT analysis, it is concluded the overall group’s strategic objective and feasible developing plan. The optimal feasible scheme for the strategic development comes out on the basis of detailed analysis of the strategic developing plan. The concrete scheme of strategy implementation is given according to the optimal feasible scheme.The Nanjing J Group will carry out the’Wheel-oriented" strategic industrial plan, steadily improving the main road and bridge construction business though implementing the strategy of cost leadership. Besides adhering to the stable development of main business, the group will focus on some outstanding developing areas to promote diversification. The group will further strengthen and expand its business by means of using capital means to nourish the potential high-quality assets listing on the stock markets. The case study in this thesis, not only has importance of the group itself, but also provides a reference for the other enterprises in the industry, in a deep and significant sense.
