Research On Anti - Competitive Intelligence Ability Of Harbin Electric Group Corporation

With the development of world market, every enterprise is facing increasingly fierce market competition environment. For the companies in the same industry, in the face of limited market demand would need to properly protect their confidential information, to ensure their market share in a competitive market. It is necessary to study the implementation of counterintelligence while doing relatively well in competitive intelligence activities. Through the questionnaires and site visits, this article analyses the Counterintelligence activities on Harbin Electric Corporation(HEC). The result shows, the main problems of HEC’s counterintelligence capabilities are the protection information awareness of some employee did not establish, less lateral intelligence communications, strong defense capability but counterattack ability is weak. Then make optimization recommendations for HEC’s counterintelligence capabilities from three aspects: enhance staff awareness of protecting intelligence, strengthen the exchange of information between departments, limits the defenses in a reasonable range and improve counterattack ability.
