Study On The Quality Control Of EPC Project For Harbin Electric Corporation

As the engine of national economy development, the development of electricindustry directly affects the stability of the country development. Especially theelectirc products and related service quality, which directly affects the people’s livingstandards, and the high quality products and services are directly from the highquality of the electric engineering project. With the rapid development of electricindustry home and abroad, the mode of relatively mature EPC project is used moreand more in electric engineeirng industry construction development. EPC projectmode is brought into our country late, and development is not perfect. In order topromote projects development in our country, with the rapid development of electricpower engineering field, in particular, to achieve better convergence with theinternational market, it should continue to intensify efforts to encourage the EPCmode of project application in the ifeld of electric and encourage the construction ofhigh quality engineeirng EPC project.Harbin electric group, as an important power enterprise group, has achievedrapid development in recent years, in the process of development, the group continueto introduce advanced production technology and management philosophy, andcontinuously strengthen cooperation with domestic and foreign enterpirses, especiallyin the domestic ifrst adopted the EPC project management pattern to strengthen thecooperation of international EPC project and with more cooperation results. Theseresults obtained is not only beneifcial to the growth of the Harbin electric group itself,also conducive to its innovative research and to promoting more excellent EPC power engineeirng project for China’s accelerated development and the state and societydevelopment. Due to the short peirod introduction of EPC project constructiondevelop not well, so the quality of EPC project management always is an importantproblem faced by Harbin electric group, which directly affects the constructionquality of EPC project of Harbin electric group and the group development prospects.Based on the project quality management of related theory, this dissertationsummairzes relevant expeirence and methods in this ifeld，combined with the specificsituation and features of Harbin electric group EPC project, including carrying on thedetailed research on the management of EPC project of Harbin electric groupstructure, the quality management system, the characteristics of the project andquality management target, and then analyzes the factors influencing EPC project ofHarbin electric group quality management in four aspects: the construction personnel,construction equipment and environment, construction mateirals, and constructionscheme. On the basis of research, we study on project construction implementationquality rfom the early, middle and late stage of the EPC project of Harbin electricgroup. Finally, rfom three aspects of the construction team of construction, enterpirseculture and quality management goal to put forward measures for assure EPC projectconstruction quality of Harbin electirc group.
