Knowledge Services Outsourcing Attractiveness Index (kai) Study

Outsourcing services is the focus of development in recent years, which directly affects the competition between the various regions. It is particularly important to research the new outsourcing model, because of the rapid development in the outsourcing model today,The development of competition in all regions of the situation in many countries will be outsourcing their services as a development priority. China is no exception, raised the slogan of the development of high-end services.From research, we sort out the current knowledge process outsourcing is a high value-added industries in the new round of competition, and will be in a dominant position, therefore, before the development of various regions, knowledge process outsourcing will be the primary task.China's vast land, not every region is good for the development of knowledge process outsourcing, so this study is to answer the following main issues: What are the factors in knowledge process outsourcing? How to compare these factors and judgments, to find the most promising development in our regions? And how to develop knowledge process outsourcing efficiently in these areas.To solve the problem, this paper will arrange as the following:The first chapter studies the background of knowledge process outsourcing, including the concept, significance and research status.The second chapter analyzes the elements of knowledge process outsourcing, first by studying the main characteristics of the industry, then analyzes the factors of outsourcing.Chapter III will establish the various regions of the appraisal index system from the above studies.Chapter IV analyzes the results of the appraisal index system, detailing the development of China's various regions strengths and weaknesses, pointing out that Beijing and Shanghai will be the best choice. Chapter V will analyze the results, given my view of development proposals and measures.Collection of data and calculation methods will in the annex.
