Research On Knowledge Transfer Of Archive Outsourcing Enterprises

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management planning and also becomes an important prerequisite for enterprise knowledge innovation.As an important part of knowledge transfer,its efficiency and cost have an important impact on enterprise knowledge innovation.In order to further understand the research object of this paper,namely,the file business outsourcing enterprises and their knowledge transfer,the author conducted a survey on their knowledge transfer through questionnaires and interviews.With the help of Japanese scholar ikujiro nonaka's SECI model of knowledge transfer,this paper analyzes and studies the knowledge transfer modes of different knowledge characteristics,including explicit and implicit knowledge classification and explicit and implicit knowledge transfer modes.Through the analysis of the relevant conditions supporting the knowledge transfer activities of archive outsourcing enterprises,it can be concluded that individual factors,key elements of knowledge transfer and collaborative communication and cooperation factors are the important support.At the same time,the paper analyzes the knowledge transfer activities of archive outsourcing enterprises at different levels.The knowledge transfer occurs at three levels: individual level,individual and organization level,individual and external level,and organization and external level.Concluded from the point of view of knowledge different characteristics that show hidden factors affecting file outsourcing enterprise knowledge transfer,contract factors,control factors and coordination from explicit knowledge characteristic point of view,from the perspective of knowledge characteristics of tacit knowledge,trust,interactive factors and satisfaction factors influence archives outsourcing enterprise knowledge transfer activities.This paper take the theoretical exploration and empirical research method of combining the,expectation through knowledge transfer influence factors related to research,implement enterprise knowledge resource optimize configuration,effectively improve the efficiency of archives business outsourcing enterprise knowledge transfer,knowledge acquisition cost saving,promote the transformation and application of enterprise knowledge innovation,so as to promote the development of archives business outsourcing enterprises.At present,theresearch on knowledge transfer of outsourcing enterprises has achieved abundant results,but the research on the influencing factors of knowledge transfer based on the novel perspective of archive outsourcing enterprises is less.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in archive outsourcing enterprises is of great significance to the optimization of innovative resources and technological progress of archive outsourcing enterprises,and is also conducive to the transformation and upgrading of archive outsourcing enterprises to knowledge-intensive enterprises.
