Optimization Of Outsourcing Management Of IC Development In XMW LTD.

IC industrial is of vital importance to the national economy.Since America had imposed sanctions on ZTE in 2018,The domestic market need for local chips with intellectual property is boosting,many chip design firms is willing to use outsourcing to down the cost of development,shorten time to market of IC product because IC product development needs great deal of investment,long development period,and high request for technique.Therefore,search for an effective way to manage R?D outsourcing has practical significant to chip companies.Based on review of concerned theories and viewpoints,the following three aspects are analyzed to optimize R?D outsourcing management of XMW in this paper.(1)Analyses the current situation of XMW R?D outsourcing management.Firstly,this paper summarize the general situation of XMW product development,then elaborate the urgency of using R?D outsourcing.Secondly,this paper will sum up R?D outsourcing management problems in XMW though analyzing current situation of R?D outsourcing management.Thirdly,we will get to know what causing above-mentioned problems in combination with theoretical analysis.(2)Optimization R?D outsourcing management of XMW.Firstly,this paper puts forward general idea of R?D outsourcing management according to target,principle,and content.Secondly,this paper will optimize decision-making scheme of R?D outsourcing management of XMW based on company strategy,then optimize the modeling of supplier assessment and selection using AHP,and method of process management,acceptance way of outsourcing project based on WBS result and analyses.Thirdly,this paper will optimize absorption and transformation of external knowledge.Lastly,this paper also highlight the important contents of new outsourcing management way through old-new comparison of outsourcing decision,supplier management,process management,and absorption and transformation of external knowledge.(3)The implementation of R?D outsourcing optimization management of XMW.Firstly,according to the outsourcing management optimization scheme,this paper make a plan to prepare for scheme implementation.Secondly,this paper look ahead the difficulties of implementation both inside and outside,then preparing solution.Lastly,this paper has a plan to tracking and improvement in future.By studying of the R?D outsourcing management of XMW,this paper produce a a management solution of R?D outsourcing,that be suitable for small chip companies,and which also provide reference for small chip companies to establish systematic and efficient outsourcing management.
