The system is divided into six modules. We descript detail for the Ever module design. We use vistlalstudio.net as the system developed integrated environment and the SQL Server 2000 as database. We design the interface from three aspects that is user interface, internal interface and the external interface .The input and output of system be sound designed from the perspective of the client-to-use. We analyze the system error that may be happen and forward processing methods. Finally, security of the system is designed.
