For a long time, China's publication industry has not set up its market economy system.Totally, so the market degree of publication industry is quite low and the industry lacks various management, which is clear for the imperfect enterprise and society trust system in the circulation. Bad debt tends to be worse every year, and in the former years a huge quantity of Credit Sale has caused the loss of bad debt in the publication industry with more than 20 billion RMB, accounting for 30% of the yearly GDP of publication industry. Ineffective management of Credit Sale trust caused the capital chain not to be effectively on the move in the upper and middle stream and the debt term to be overdue, which has threatened the smooth move of different segments in the industry chain. The trust risk for the Credit Sale of publication industry has been the fetters of the whole industry. Therefore, we should apply for scientific methods to solve the urgent problems of trust risk due to the Credit Sale in the industry.This thesis takes the commercial trust management as the basis, with the combination of the situation of university and college textbook issue in the Credit Sale of publication industry and with Game Theory as the guiding principle to control Credit Sale risk and Motivation Theory as well as Demand Theory as the secondary means to control Credit Sale risk. The thesis uses qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and empirical analysis to analyze the Credit Sale situation of publication industry, especially the Credit Sale situation of university and college textbook issue and series of risk caused by Credit Sale to presses. The thesis also states the reasons why Credit Sale of university and college Credit Sale are produced, figures out the problems in Credit Sale trust management and puts forward to measures to manage and control Credit Sale risk, including sellers'information management, assessment methods of Credit Sale risk, and setting mode of Credit Sale quota. Finally, the thesis takes the control of Credit Sale risk of S Press as the case study to verify the feasibility and validity of the measures.
