| With the development of automobile industry, China's automobile industry is facing not only the impact of foreign automotive products, what is more serious is the auto services market competition. The supply of auto parts is one of the important parts of after-sale service, especially enterprise funds are occupied by after-sale parts inventory, and it increases enterprise management workload and the difficulty. Some automobile enterprises with rich fund have established their own after-sale management systems, however to most small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing enterprises, they do not have the economic and technological strength. Based on the automobile industry chain cooperation platform, a new solution for collaborative after-sale service based on ASP(Application Service Provider) is put forward for these enterprises, and the auto parts management system in the solution isdesigned and implemented.Firstly, the concept of automobile industry chain platform is introduced, the business flow of automobile after-sale service of automobile manufacture enterprise is analyzed. The overall design of collaborative service system is completed. Small-medium automobile enterprises are surveyed. Existed problems of auto parts management in the after-sale service are analyzed in detail, the solution is put forward,UML modeling language is used to business modeling, Erwin is used to database modeling. Development environment is .NET, this thesis presents a solution for data upload with WebServices , and the problem of report design of the entire after-sale system is solved.Finally, the application of the system is introduced, and the system problems and the next step of the directions of research are noted. |
