Jinhua Vocational And Technical College Course Scheduling System Design And Implementation

On the one hand, with the extensive application of computer network technology and modern academic information, most of the vocational schools have introduced Course Scheduling Computer Systems; on the other hand, vocational schools have continued to deepen the reform of engineering-and-study training model, and will be increasingly highlighted that the original course scheduling system can not effectively adapt to the new teaching operation system with the training model; and furthermore, some model vocational schools began to focus on the assessment management and process management of the teaching quality, which has more new high demand on the Course Scheduling System. The research about Course scheduling based on engineering-and-study training model has been an important subject for research in the teaching reform among advanced schools.Based on investigation and analysis about the present situation and characteristics among the author's vocational school and several other vocational schools in the province, this article put forward the basic requirements of Course scheduling system construction and made some research about the designing and development about course scheduling system. In response to these conditions and requirements, using the development of software engineering principles, according to the process specifications of software process, in accordance with demands analysis, outline designing, detailed designing, program coding, testing and so on, the author developed a course scheduling system. This course scheduling system applied the B/S and C/S mixed mode and used PowerBuilder+ASP.NET for system development. Back database used Ms SQL Server 2005.The system not only developed technical support systems with advanced security and efficiency and ensured a good maintainability and scalability, but also made a practical attempt to develop the middle interface in order to exchange the data between the traditional academic management system and digital campus data center. The research results in this thesis had good application value and practical significance for the course scheduling teaching reform with engineering-and study training model among vocational schools.
