This system takes the integration of on-the-job training management data and data sharing service of Sichuan Provincial Department of Construction as the center, and focuses on three aspects, such as training and teaching management at different levels, examination management, and certificate management. It has completed on-the-job training management data sharing platform of management personnel of construction enterprises and institutions in Sichuan. The system can improve the management efficiency of the entire training center, which can also be further promoted in the construction enterprises and institutions in China. The platform has realized the intelligent management of daily affairs and information of on-the-job training, and has improved the work efficiency.This thesis describes system realizes the exam information release, exam registration, exam management, score management, certificate management, and other functions of the on-the-job training for management personnel of construction enterprises and institutions in Sichuan Province, and focuses on the realization of key technologies. The development of on-the-job training management system for construction enterprises and institutions adopts the MVC "three-tier architecture", and realizes the separation of data presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer;"B / S" mode is used, and the Windows services technology is used to improve the real-time; the SQL Server 2000 database platform is selected to enhance data processing capabilities. By the system test on the functional performance, the result shows that: the system can run comparatively smoothly, with very fast data processing, beautiful interface, easy maintenance.
