The Design And Implementation Of The ILab Online Training Management System Based On J2EE

Among the insurance companies, training level is the important symbol to measure the levels of an insurance company’s business, and an important embodiment of training level is the level of the construction of the company’s training room. Training room for the insurance company staff to provide comprehensive product research base at the same time, it is an important place for intensive training of specialized personnel, is the practice base within the company, and is an important iLab classroom of cultivating innovative talents. The practice teaching has a special role to improve the comprehensive quality of the business team, develop business team of psychological quality and practice ability. Then design and implementation of online training management system based on J2 EE is proposed.Online training management system based on J2 EE is implemented in this paper combines the J2 EE, JSP, Tomcat server and MySQL database technology, the combination of system development using the three-tier architecture based on MVC. We developed system which has three user roles, include business team, office and administrator. Business team can manage their own business team, viewing training room information, training room, management training room applications etc. And the office user’s function is consistent with business team. Administrator can manage the business team and back office management, training room management, application management, administrator management, rights management and account settings, etc. To ensure online information security the system provides a series of authentication mechanism, including the login and security from the system. Test system and performance of the training online management system.Through insurance company training management mode reform, let employees learn most in need of knowledge in the best time, and gain good training in a more efficient and economical way, so as to promote the development of the insurance company’s core competitiveness.
